- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 20 ml white wine
- 2 teaspoon yeast 8g
- 1 cup purpose flour 150g
- 1 cup ham, diced 100g
- 1 cup grated cheese, cheddar or 1 cup of grated cheese, cheddar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper optional to taste
In a bowl, mix the eggs, oil and wine.
Gradually, add the yeast and the flour. Keep mixing while pouring so there are so lumps.
Add the ham and cheese. Mix.
Add the salt and pepper/
Pour in a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 375F.
