Preparation:  1- The pie Crust: Only 4 ingredients! Cream the butter with sugar, add beaten egg and the flour.

Preparation:  1- The pie Crust Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Preparation:  2- The filling Spread your favourite jam on the pie crust. Peel and cut your apple. Fill your crust with them.

Preparation:  3- The crumble: Also 4 ingredients! Mix the dry ingredients & add the butter, mix until crumbly between your hands.

Finishing: Top your apples with the crumble pastry.  Bake in the oven at 400F for 25 minutes.
