Almond Flour Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:  – Almond flour – Sugar – Butter  – Almond extract – Chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation:  1. Cream the butter with almond extract.

Preparation:  2. Add in the almond flour & sugar.  3. Using your hands, gather the dough into a ball. 4. Place in the fridge for 1h.

Preparation:  5. Place the dough between two parchment papers & roll with a rolling pin.

Preparation:  6. Using cookie cutters, cut your cookie & place it on a baking sheet.

Preparation:  7. Place in the fridge for 15 min and bake 6 min at 425F.
