Breakfast for dessert: Healthier banana pancakes

As you may know, I grew up in France and there are a few things here that gets me exited like a little girl! Like breakfast for dinner.  I did not grew up with this.  Well, not the sam at least.  We did used to do ”Crêpes for dinner”.

Anyhow, the part I am totally crazy about pancakes! Those fluffy buttery guys!  Yummy!
The other night, I had some bananas looking quite unhappy and a pancake craving.  Dinner was already cooking…  Oh well, let’s do breakfast for dessert!  So were born so nice, healthier, fluffy banana pancakes!  Needless to tell you that there were no leftover.

Healthier banana pancakes

Portions: 12 small pancakes


  • - 2 bananas
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1/4 of cup of flour
  • - 1/8 of sugar


  1. Preparation:
  2. - Mashed the bananas until smooth.  Add the eggs, beaten. Stir well.
  3. - Add the flour, stir energetically and finally, add the sugar.
  4. - In a hot pan, with a little bit of butter to grease it, cook the pancake one by one (I used my 1/8 spoon to measure.  I choose to add a few chocolate chips or sprinkle with toffee crumbs in the process.

It was a success!  That lasted 3 minutes, the time to eat them! ahah.

    I love eating pancakes and I’m pretty sure these banana pancakes would be gone also around under 5 minutes for me alone :)
